Having Siu Mai (Siomai) for Dinner

My little one is finally recovering from her sudden flu yesterday. We were to have my homemade siu mai last night, but she simply had no appetite for it.

Finally, she's better!

I made siu mai from scratch, and I also made my own chili sauce but without garlic.  The ones available in the net had some interesting ingredients that contributed to the taste and aroma of the chili sauce you typically get from Hen Lin or other fast food stalls in the mall.

I'll post pictures next time as, obviously, I'm just starting with my FoodBlogging stint. ;)
